Coastal Walk

We took a long walk west along the coast to Cap d'Antibes.  Unfortunately, part of the trail was closed due to the high waves and we detoured inland.

We saw many beautiful homes, many of which were shuttered as they are summer homes.

An old port.

After such a long walk we rewarded ourselves with a drink in an outdoor cafe.

Overnight in Japan

The journey to Delhi from Kamloops was three flights.  We broke up the long flight from Vancouver to Delhi with an overnight in Tokyo.  The first was 9 hours, and the second 9 1/2  hours.  Air Canada is no longer flying direct from Vancouver to Delhi due to not flying over Russian air space, while Air India, like many Asian airlines, continues to fly over Russia.  A direct flight is 15 hours.   Mt. We went for a stroll when we arrived at the hotel in Tokyo.  We discovered a Pachinko Hall.  While gambling is illegal in Japan, Pachinko, a game somewhat like a combination of a pinball and a slot machine, is seen more as an amusement rather than as gambling.   Joe outside a Pachinko Hall Inside the Pachinko Hall The hotel where we stayed overnight was a few kilometres from the airport.   RV Sized Bathroom in the Hotel Breakfast Japanese Styl...
